I purchased these knowing they were small (each about the size of my palm), to be used with a Montessori preschool activity where a child uses a tweezers to pick up and place beads in each of the suctions cups. For this activity the Starfish Mini Bath Mats worked well. There are 20 fingernail size suctions on the back of each mini mat. <br /> <br />In the future I will try using these mini mats for another Montessori activity where a child uses a dropper to pick up colored water and squirts it out in drops onto each suction cup. For this activity I think the suctions might be too small, but I'll give it a try anyway. <br /> <br />Also, these would look really cute as decoration in a girls room or dorm stuck to windows, mirrors, lamps, the back of a laptop, etc. <br /> <br />These mini mats seem a bit over-priced for small pieces of vinyl, but my kids have had fun playing with them in the bath tub, sticking them around the house, and for their practical Montessori use, so I suppose they were worth the price.
